I DIDN'T RECIEVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL
If you haven't received an order confirmation email within a few hours of your purchase, there are 3 possible solutions:
- Check the spam folder of the email address you provided when placing your order.
- Login to your Imani Elexus account and select "My Account" to review your order status and history.
- You may have misspelled your email address when placing your order. Contact us using the contact information provided on our Contact page. We will get back to you and provide you with your order information within 48 hours.
We encourage creating an account with us and confirming all your information before placing an order.
I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
For special circumstances you may contact us by email (support@imanielexus.com) to inquire. We will get back to you within 2 business days.
RETURN TO SENDER/REFUSED PACKAGES
Any packages returned to us due to being marked undeliverable by carrier or refused will not be reshipped. A store credit in the amount of your purchase will be imbursed once we receive your order; however, the initial shipping cost is to be deducted.
You can place a new order in which store credit may be applied. This means you will be required to pay a new shipping fee.
I CAN'T FIND MY ORDER/MISSING PACKAGE
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Imani Elexus is no longer responsible for any mishaps that may occur. We encourage you to dispute the charge with your bank account if package theft or improper delivery transpire.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
All products and orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If there are any issues upon receiving your order, you must contact us within 24hours after delivery so that we may evaluate the issue.
EXCHANGES
